Before becoming a member of
Hpic Program, please read the following terms and conditions: 1. Becoming
a member of Hpic advertising programs
To participate in the program, you
agree to enter into an agreement with Alreston Investments, Ltd. The Terms and Conditions of membership
are applicable on all actions unless is agreed otherwise. Terms and conditions
can be changed by Hpic at anytime. The changes become effective when posted
on the Internet Service. By filling out and submitting the SIGN UP form, you agree
to be bound by the terms of this agreement. The date of the execution shall be
the date the form has been filled in. 2. Payments
Hpic will pay 8 cents per unique click , through to one of the site
of Hpic. A "Unique click through" occurs when a user enters
a Hpic site main page with an IP address that has not been identified
before for that site and falls within the parameters defined by Hpic.
Payments are done every week:
- for amounts below
100 US$, we hold payment until they exceed US$ 100.00.
- payments are linked
to the minimum ratio of membership:clicks as described below.
Payments
to webmasters from Russia, Belarus, Romania, Turkey. Bulgaria and Ukraine with
an unusual low signup to click ratio ( ie below 1: 100 ) might be delayed by 2
months, in order to verify any spam /cheating technique. Webmasters from Afganistan,
China, Iran, Iraq, Ramat-Gan/Israel, Deva/Romania, Czech Republic, Slovak Republic,
Poland, Pakistan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and all free hosting sites
in Czech Republic are not allowed in this program. 3. Rights Granted
During the term of this agreement, Hpic grants to the owner/operator of
the Internet Site (hereinafter "Site Operator") the rights to use the banners
advertising Hpic sites. The rights granted shall be for reasonable, appropriate
and lawful use only, and the site operator recognize that Hpic sites are for
adult usage only. The banners as the links cannot be modified and only Hpic
banner’ sites s can be used The exact same code as given after submitting to the
SIGNUP form must be used. As many banners can be put on the Site Operator.
4. Site Operator Obligations - As many banners can be
put on the Site Operator.
- Pages created with only Hpic
banners and links might not be allowed at the sole discretion of Hpic.

Only One account must be created per Hpic site advertised and the operator
can open only one account per site. All techniques to create fake adresses, pseudonym,
etc to go around this rule will lead to non payments of the site operator.

Conversion rate must be above an average of 1: 400 in any given period, otherwise
Hpic may exercise its option to remove member from the program and to move
it to the pay per sign up prgram or to the WAREZ PAY-PER-CLICK ADVERT PROGRAM.
Payments will be hold until at least one sign up has been generated . Accounts
which don't produce any sign ups in a 3 months period will be transfered to the
60-70% partnership +100% Dialer Revenue Program.
- Site operator agrees
not to link to Hpic sites using any "jumpstations" or redirections of any type,
not to use any spamming technique (like EMAIL or NEWSGROUP) or listing on newsgroups
or any other fraudulent method if so, Hpic reserve the right not to pay the
site operator
- Warez/password/pictures or videos tgp sites are
not allowed to sign in this program, but they are welcome in the specially designed
Warez/click/tgp program as well as in the 60-70%
partnership +100% Dialer Revenue Program. All accounts found to be sendind traffic
in this program through "tgp or vgp" sites or warez sites or blind links will
be changed automatically and retroactively into the pay per sign up program.

The site operator must enter the URL from where a visitor will go to the HH sites,
this URL should be consistent with the referal URL obtained in the statistic file.
If not HH reserve the right to pay not to pay the click operator
- Text
links are allowed but they have to be one of the official text links as seen at
the textlinks page
Any grossly unproductive traffic
might be reotractively be paid per sign up at the discretion of Hpic.
- All webmasters considered as "cheater" in a program, cannot come back to
any program and all techniques to create fake adresses, pseudonym or adresses
not related to their real identity are prohibited.
- text links and/or
banners cannot be positioned on pages which are in a language different than the
language of the site advertised
- Hpic might, at its own discretion,
not count some users coming from Pakistan, India, Afganistan, Romania, Czek republic,
or any grossly unproductive countries.
Sites that promote or
contain content of Child pornography, or any illegal activity are not allowed
to participate ( that may include meta tags, text, links, graphic(s) or any HTML
). clicks or signups generated as a requirement to enter or obtain access
to goods or services or clicks generated with incitation to click on ENTER buttons
on the webmaster ( or anyone else ) website are not allowed. Hpic may cancel
those accounts without payment. At its sole discretion, Hpic may terminate
any account containing fraudulent account information Any misrepresentation
of Hpic sites, including but not limited to: misrepresenting the cost of membership,
terms of membership, or content contained within Hpic sites. Exploitation of
our terms and conditions, including but not limited to, instructing the member
to signup and cancel is also not permitted in any way. 5. Representations
and Warranties
The site Operator warrant and represent that he owns
or operates a lawful and otherwise valid Internet Web site. You acknowledge that
he has the power to enter into this Agreement and performs the obligations set
forth herein and that he is an adult above 18 years of age. The site operator
shall indemnify Hpic against any loss, damage, liability (including any legal
fees)which result from the use of any Hpic material not expressly authorized
by this agreement. The site operator agrees and warrants that no "adult restricted"
banners will be placed on areas of your site which may be accessed by minors.
6. Limitation of Liability
Hpic makes no warranties with
regard to the performance of the link or the content of Hpic sites. Hpic
shall not be held liable to the site Operator or any other person or entity, including
users of Hpic services, for any losses, injuries or damages of any kind, arising
from or in connection with any mistakes, omissions, delays, errors, interruptions
in the transmission or receipt of Hpic services or content. 7.
Term and Termination
The term of this agreements are indefinite. Hpic
reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time, without cause. Delivery
of notice via E-Mail shall be considered sufficient notice. Upon termination of
this agreement the Site Operator shall be entitled to all unpaid commissions,
commissions for referrals delivered after the date of termination will not be
due. Final payouts are made if the account balance exceeds fifty dollars.
8. Litigations
This agreement shall be governed by the laws
of the Netherlands, Antilles. 9. Notices
